Science Labs
Our state-of-the-art science labs provide students with the resources and environment to apply their learning practically. With modern equipment, students engage in experiments that bring theory to life and prepare them for real-world scientific inquiry.
Our Science Club, annual Science Expo, and Science Olympiads provide students with the opportunity to work on projects, compete, and share their discoveries with peers and the wider community.
Students at SCAD have an Physical Education programme that takes into account their rapid physical growth and development. Social and emotional changes are also taken into account at this level. Students are starting to show signs of belonging, both to their own peers and to larger groups. They’re becoming more self-assured in their own abilities. It is clear that they are eager to put their skills to the test, both on their own and with others.
The goal of the course is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of the media and methodology. All mediums are explored by students in order to express their thoughts and create a wide variety of art works within a set of guidelines.
Students will learn about the fundamentals of music theory, such as melody, harmony, and rhythm. At each stage, the knowledge gained will be put into action through vocal training and instruction in the use of melodic and percussion instruments.
